Might want to revisit ORCH. News out they closed offering of 8M newly issued shares. Raised 20M, which comes to $2.50 a share. BUT 4th Qtr & 2001 financial will be released at 7 a.m. EST 28 Feb followed by a conference call at 10:00 a.m. There is also a sentence which states an additional 1.2m shares might be put out to cover over allotments, if any. I have been bogged down in STOR. biz.yahoo.com
