I think your exactly right. The others are all slick broadcast pros, Joe seems to be the exact opposite. Most of them do a good job, but Joe adds to the show by saying what he thinks. He doesn't sound like he is reading a teleprompter. He also knows what he is talking about. I have often heard others on the show mispronounce technical terms or say something like "SEG is falling with all the other communications stocks" that makes me know they are clueless.
