MM, I've managed people in combat. We all came home. Shove that crap. Giving folks latte and lunch during a bubble made them look real smart, but I haven't heard anything about the young Italian guy who was making those outrageous deals that have since killed the stock. If they don't branch out, they won't make it because their market is shrinking. These guys are kind of reminding me of a real scam. I don't think they did anything illegal, but I really am questioning there business ethic. Easy to do in hindsight. As to your assertion that employees flock to work there, why is it necessary to hand out options like candy? Take off the rose colored glasses.
