Mr. Perkins - feel free to call me Steve if you like. I feel like we might become friends. In any case, talk about a "12 year double bottom" seems like a Technical Analysis term. I'm only peripherally knowledgable about TA. Can you breifly explain the expression? Don't worry if you haven't got the time - someday I plan to read a book or two about TA.
