Grumpiness may be caused by diet, or habit that induces excess cyclical "rutting". To coin a phrase :) But slavishly breaking free of all ruts for no prepossessing reason is just as "rutty" in a way as staying there with a vengeance. We have to avoid being dilletantes. A rut of wealth and good fortune is what most people seek as a side effect of living well and being noble. Every once in a while I have an impulse to tell everyone on the planet to go F**K themselves, and at once. Restraining that impulse is not that difficult but I must admit that choices that in themselves do not induce eventual frustration for even the most patient are few. EC<:-}
