I understood what you meant ie: is this a dip or is it a general unraveling? Your caution proved correct. I was playing the dark side on IMCL and your post reminded me that there's no certainty in this market, so noting an unusual (for me) spate of green on one of my short plays (not my strong suit) I decided it was a gift and I took it. Takes some of the sting out of my TTIL whipsaw at least. <g>

Looking again at the "core" for entry points. I've yet to establish a position in POOL, MRK, BA or PII. Problem is they seem to "counter trend" pretty effectively so dips (even big ones) not always good buy range for those guys. If you spot one that is ripe for entry would apreciate a comment.

BTW, nice call by jjstingray on the Turnip's 1793 break point.
