Does anyone download data for new highs, new lows, which Dr. Elder mentions in "Trading for a Living"? (I'm gonna write a book called Livin' fer a Tradin' .)

How does one get such data? Is there a symbol, as there are for the NYSE advances and declines ($ADVN and $DECLN).

And what is the symbol for the S&P 500 with TC2000? Are there symbols for new highs, new lows?

As you can see I've got the larger picture on my mind. Floyd Norris of the NYT has once again given me a scare, with his little piece on the Greenspan's remark, the crash of '29, etc.
