If the options are currently priced higher than the stock, then I don't see any reason for reporting the dilutive effect of the options. There isn't any. What there is, however, is a forward looking dilutive effect if the stock gains enough. In that case, the dilutive effect is still relatively small, given the total number of shares outstanding.
