Maybe so, but bandwidth consumption is still doubling every year. So these providers are rapidly getting to the point where supply will be scarce to meet demand. At that point, either prices skyrocket or new carriers will rise to provide the supply. My bet is that the current service providers will provide that supply, which means they will need to provision those networks. We are within one year of this starting to happen again. When that happens, markets will start growing again.
