1) the case was filed which, by itself, does not say much until the facts and rulings are out. Intel routinely sue everyone and everything and almost never wins.
2) did you forget the alpha deal, when intel examined alpha chips and incorporated the technology in pentiums. The case was settled out of the court against intel. Short memory?
