T, The OTC stocks are cheaper because the banks essentially don't hold them. And most US and European "Japan" funds buy only the big uglies. The thinking makes sense. Say Japan and the US investor gags. Say Toyota and Canon and Tokio (o.k., I threw that one in there <g>) and they have a glimmer of hope. When you say the names in JOF's portfolio, they say, "no thanks, I like my fish cooked." <G>
