It was a judgement that Intel had no claims to the disputed patents.

It was a ruling that Intel could not be granted summary judgement based on their claim to hold a license to those patents. If I understand correctly, Intel could still present that argument to a jury and let them decide. The ruling only covered the summary judgement.
