Cutting taxes for Big Business means the American middle class would have to shoulder a larger burden. Besides, GWB's so-called economic stimulus plan is probably dead in the water anyway ... not because of Daschle (God bless him), but because it's going to take major bucks to fight the War on Terrorism. Re: "Makes you wonder if secretly they (Democrats) really don't want economic growth at all. Read an analysis the other day that said if the economy rebounds before November, it would help Democrats more than Republicans. Voting public would be more apt to support the Democratic platform of more socialized medicine because the money would be there. Perhaps it's the Republicans who are keeping a lid on our recovery. Ever think of it that way?
