Well, seems that soon is not the appropriate word to time the situation. Anyway, nothing from Bmy yet except "evaluating options" from spokesperson interview. Delay is now a full complete REALITY. Nothing has changed, it is a Rolling BLA, so they could put application in 2 months without waiting for the rest of the data (burocratic step) and feed the FDA the coming data (mercky or Imcl other trials), application to be review when all the data is complete at FDA hands (actual procedures could be a little different, I do not claim to know the exact process, but Imcl could instruct qualify shareholders that call IR). Bottom line, new trials ARE needed.
