See, I don't think it is anywhere near that complicated. Saddam has nothing to do with it. Who qualifies as a heinous criminal can be defined legally through our legal processes. You are right I may think one type of crime should be included but it doesn't make the cut in the justice system. Saddam may support a different definition but the last time I looked his vote doesn't count. What I think or believe or what anyone else thinks or believes only counts as far as their vote counts. None of this has anything to do with the argument you and I are having. (killing of innocents = murder)
