Cramer is a joke, he should appear with some sort of warning, like:

For entertainment purposes only! Taking financial advice from this man can be hazardous to your wealth.

Although, CSCO does have that 21 billion in cash and cash equivalents. They can outlast just about any competitor out there through a protracted downturn. OTOH in this environment even cold hard cash has questionable value.
