The money came to Bernie and he placed it in an "SI Fund." If there was not enough for a school after six months, it went to the general fund. That is what I am hoping to do again. I believe we were well below what was needed last year(will probably be this year too) and that is why I did not want to hold the money up; rather have it put to use doing something productive.
