I still have a tentative bottom before the end of this month, it may take till the actual end, rather than the earlier model of early March. February was just "Ugly" not a massacre as forecasted (massacre on the Naz, but the Dow is actually ahead 4% or so). However, the lack of a solid bottom here despite a 400 Naz points decline forces me to wait a little longer. After the bottom, I still have a powerful rally starting late this month at the earliest, possibly early April. My current tentative bottom on the Naz is 1637, but I will definitely change that as the market dictates.
