It appears that the tide is turning in favor of the merger. Silly Wally is just a side issue. If the foundations would vote in favor of the merger a strong upswing in the HWP share price could be expected.

CF comes across as being very focused. The first order of business of the merged company will be to kick "SillY Wally" off the board of directors. We need team players and he ain't it.
