FDA approval: who knows? J.D. FDA approval (by the way, some people call this the Food and Drug Administration, I prefer 'foot dragging androids') is a process that is totally unpredictable. It could come next week, or next October or who knows when. ZILA's management is busy working to satisfy all requirements but only time will tell. In an article in the Arizona Republic last month Joe Hines (ZILA's pres) hinted that they expect approval in the fall. As far as the price of the stock, ZILA's performance has been, in my estimation, impressive in view of the selloff we've seen in the NASDAQ in the last couple of weeks. ZILA continues to trade in a tight range between $7-$8. I will not add to my position in the $8 range as I feel that is a little too steep a price. But if it happens to fall to say $5-$6, you bet I'll be buying more. Good luck. Julio
