Enron - Trust me is the best thing that ever will happen to the common shareholder - What they did iss the equivalent of me ne and you setting up a public compoany - RED trading say. Then on the the side we set up up companies for our own gain. so we sell a contract from the public compaany to our private companies at $2 and then buy it back at $50 - Our private enterpirse makes $48 pfofit whichis is the loss the pumpblic company buy we also take commish on bothe end s of the sale in the public company. and then we set up another company as a subsid - to cover off botrh ends of that sale to make it a wash of even make it look like a profit.
Its is so blatant - I hope they all fry in jail and that the jail time serves as a deteerrant to others. we need about a 1000 of these guys in jail - like Ron Williams of USXP fame in Floridai jail.
