An article in the March/April 2002 "Foreign Affairs", foreignaffairs.org , opened my eyes to Russian oil. I note that the recent charts of the two largest companies -- Lukoil and Yukos -- have fared very differently, with Yukos on a strong run and Lukoil churning in a range. As someone unfamiliar with this arena, I'd like to ask: why the difference? p.
