Insiders Selling & Buying: Officer Betty Hatcher sold 2,000 shares 6/11/97 -She has been routinely selling a couple thousand every quarter. Bryan Brienden sold 1,000 shares 8/7/96 H.H. Hardee Bought 10,000 shares on 6/5/97 The "Hatchers" I believe control a large % of the stock and they are "up there" in years. The fact that they are selling stock isn't bad. In my opinion, they are showing a willingness to sell out and let somenone else take over. HH Hardee bought 10,000 shares which is ver significant...he is a director and I believe knows the value of the company.
