yo, e-trade just screwed the living daylights out of me. before i get into it, does pioneer trading charge $25/trade no matter how large? if not, could you kindly post their fee structure?

now onto those bloodsuckers at e-trade... hmtt opened in the $16s. i put a stop order on hmtt today at $15 3/4 at 5:50 am this morning. i was using my real time quotes through waterhouse (i have a second account with them) to monitor the stock. hmtt hit $15 3/4 bid. i put a limit order in at $15 3/4. it was executed within a short period of time. at this point $15 3/4 was the low for the day. a while later, i checked my messages and found out that the stop order, that i put in hours before my limit order, was executed at $15 5/8. since $15 3/4 was the low of the day when i placed my limit order, my stop order must have been transacted AFTER my limit order - even though it was entered several hours before.

is this legal? is this possible? i'm pissed and plan on sending this information to the wsj and other newspapers.

I HATE E-TRADE. THEY SUCK SOOOOOO BAD :-(

HELP.......
