Better take a closer look at that "Flat" dow chart all the con artists, fools and idiots have been talking about, that existed from 65-82. It was the most volatile market of the century, even surpassing the 29-42 market.

The point is that there were several opportunities to make back the losses of 65-66. The averages went back old highs, but not beyond and then would collapse. Traders made a great deal of money, and investors who bet the farm at the bottom(late 74) did even better. Demographically, 74 looks like it will compare to 2012-2015.
