There has been no dilution on MNP since 2000.

In Fiscal 2000 (ending Octber 2000) They issued 18M shares. 10M shares were for property acquisition (25% of Mt Kare from Carpenter) in late 1999, and a 8M share financing in February 2000. Beside that, maybe 500,000 shares were issueed in lieu of salaries over the past two years.
