That's almost as plausible as your "o" story. It is highly entertaining how you have such amazing insight into Hussein's worries and inner thoughts. The evidence indicates otherwise... This is not a sane human being - ask the Kurds and Shia about his reservations to use WMD. Also, take a look at the Yousef testimony in the WTC 1 trial. How does taking out Hussein before he attains nukes not make sense? Are you so blinded by your blame America first, US hating mindset that you cannot see that Hussein isn't interested in WMD NOT to use them? Tariq Aziz is on record saying to the head UN weapons inspector that Iraq wants nukes to "kill the Jews".
