Joe, it's hardest to buy beaten stocks, especially when the market appears weak, but I am looking at the economic recovery and 80% of the economic numbers are looking better.

The Market usually predicts a recovery 6-9 months ahead.

Techs should bounce along with financials. I could be wrong, we'll see. I think we are going to break above 1800 on the Nasdaq soon and maybe 1900. We just need confidence and sa couple UP days in a row. Then everyone will suddenly love tech. LOL!
