FWIW, I just spoke to IR at MNP (David Scott). I was told that Carpenter (Carpenter Pacific) was the seller through Gundy, there may be 3 million shares still to be sold. They are trying to sell get some brokers together to buy the block left to speed the process up. No immediate plans for more work on Mt. Kare, may do a financing shortly but nothing concrete at this time. Approx $700,000 in cash at the moment. I forgot to ask about PDG but since no info was offered I suspect there is no info to give.
