Check out Yahoo - "Quidel Strengthens Management Team with Appointment of Glenn Holmes as Vice President, Sales and Marketing" - 7-7-97 - This guy spent 14 years w/ Abbott from 1981 to 1995. He is Elliott Werber's replacement - it looks like Quidel plans on really "crankin' things up" a notch w/ the addition of de Bruin and Holmes to the management team. I think this is great- any adverse news resulting from the settlement can be overcome very simply - increased sales!!!!!!! Looks like that's the plan - I look for a continuing flow of news from Quidel over the next few weeks and months. Anyone know when the earnings release date is?? I hope they surprise everyone w/ a positive number.
