MDC- took a loss here also. In a "perfect" world the specialist and market makers noted the drop off in new home sales and are running the stops on light volume while reducing their inventory before the eventual industry downgrade comes. Pure speculation of course but it is about time that these homebuilders have run their course. Looking at several of the quarterly reports, off the top of my head, MDC and LEN look the least prepared going into this quarter. This is taking back-log and new orders reported in consideration. Back to "watch" mode. Joe
