Hi Tim,

I also watched the enron hearing replay last night on C-span.

here we have a bunch of Senators and their staff (way under prepared I might add) trying to catch Skilling in a lie and trying to imply if he wasn't lying then incompetent. Only 2 Senators didn't look the fools and the woman from CA and a couple of the men really looked the fools. Skilling really caught them in misstating the facts.

The senators especially Olympia Snowe and Boxer reminded me of a group of school kids who spent about twenty minutes doing their homework, but are really confident they are going to "wing" it.

Skilling really did catch them misstating and misrepresenting facts and various points. Kay Bailey Hutchinson took a page out of Clinton's "I feel your pain" play book when she keep asking the current CEO if he "was really gonna try to do something for the former employees.

fear Watkins is going to go like all past informants / whistle blowers.

Tim what do you mean about Watkins?
