WOW! Look at that Detroit buildout!!! This was going to be their premier launch market along with Madison, WI. 5 Years they have held this license! No legal mumbo jumbo. Conclusion As demonstrated, NextWave is currently providing a signal level of-103 dBm or higher to an estimated covered population of 2,023,200 out of a total BTA population of 4,657,435. Therefore, NextWave is serving with a signal level sufficient to provide "adequate service" to 43.44% of the population in its licensed service area." Of course using 1990 Census information.. I guess that is "Public Service"!! 43.44% coverage after 5 years... I just love it when these guys talk about the FCC stopping them from serving the public's interest. Looks like another protection build. No real service being offered. Just RF blastin' out there! It's public service at it's finest!! PCSTEL
