<<CSCO needs to wean off the freeloaders and stop diluting the stock. >> keep dreamimg. Usually the old boys who have tenure and do little are the last to go. The first to go are the young engineers and product amangers from the acquistions. They have little political pull. Besides isn't John Chambers still working at CSCO? This proves beyond a doubt that they have no intention of cutting the free-riders.
