Skystation? Maybe. But I thought you were going to point me to microsoft's teledisc: teledesic.com I thought the original launch date was around 2000 with 280 satellites but it seems there has been some revision. It still ought to be interesting. The (very) dark horse that DISH & GMH don't want to think about.
