You must come to understand and accept that at any given moment you have no idea what the market will do.

That to me is the hardest part. Eliminating all bias and not having an opinion. I'm seeing it happen gradually after battling it since I began trading indexes rather than stocks, and my trading has improved as I've started to fight that demon and banish it entirely.

Not there yet, but I already know how REALLY important it is. Learned the hard way of course. <g> Which unfortunately is usually the best way.
