watch/heard enough horror stories that people short based
on 'stock going too high'.
Float and story are important. If the story is good, like
the 'dot-con' days, sky is the limit.
Adding fuel to the fire is the 'float', that's a short
killer.
Also, rich-builder can get richer without building houses
as long as city-officials play the game. Money talk.
