Marty, you really need to add 'rad' on the description line of this thread. It's hard to find.

A few points and speculation on my part.

1. Volume was heavy during the share price averaging 10 days period for the settlement. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the trades were by short sellers who were counting on getting shares from the settlement. Now the settlement is in notes. These shorts need to be covered eventually.

2. The latest news were a real coup(sp?) IMO. It caught lots of people by surprise (short sellers, potential investors waiting for better price). The assurance of the original guidance of $140m EBITDA for the fiscal fourth quarter did magic for confidence.

3. This stock has less than average institutional ownership. It will continue to be volatile as it continues to improve in revenue and hopefully earnings (yes, earnings, may by second half of fiscal 2003).

4. Looking back, it becomes apparent to me that Miller and his team knows what they are doing. Insider buying and Miller on Forbes magazine was a give away. I wish I bought more.
