DCM a division of NTT starts trading on the NYSE Today, seeing decent block buying in WCOM Today. Firt of the month so window dressing esp. in beaten telecom sector is done, funds will start buying again Today. I have noticed DT airing commercials here recently, NTT said a while back that they would do some acquiring to gain market share in the wesyt when the time was right.
