You have to understand: To all Democrats, the great disaster of September 11 was not the loss of thousands of innocent lives, but the emergence of George Bush as a giant among American presidents. It is worth it to them to support the terrorist enemy if they have even a slim chance to reverse that image. They have been attempting, now and then, to establish that support for the enemy, since shortly after the attacks. Recall, for example, the criticism of GWB being on a plane in the mid-west when the attacks occurred (He should have been in the terrorist loop?).

They have decided-again-that now may be the time. Let us hope, for the country's sake, that they are wrong-again...
