If one believes Clinton is a rapist who managed to get away with it, why on earth wouldn't one pursue him disproportionately for provable crimes, like sexual harassment, perjury and obstruction?

I have no problem with pursuing him, proportionately or otherwise, for crimes. Beat him up in a back alley. I'd probably knee him, myself, if I got a chance. I have a problem with impeaching him. Run him through the courts and hang him at high noon. Fine by me. Just don't risk our government's stability with something that was not directly a function of his job as President.

Also, regarding the WTC attack, would such an attack have occurred if Clinton had apprehended Bin Laden when he had the chance? Instead, he seemed to spend most of his time raising campaign cash and pondering the circumstances of his next ejaculation.

You can look at that both ways. He could budget his time for campaigning and ejaculating. He lost control of his schedule when the impeachment forces blew (no pun intended) everything out of proportion. One could just as easily, more easily, blame the distraction of the impeachment for any inattention to business. If one didn't have a partisan blood lust, that is.
