I think they are off Albert. I believe 2Ghz Hammer will be 3400+ and here's why

JS stated Hammer IPC ~50% greater then Classic Athlon

Palomino is about 10% faster then Classic.

2000+/1667Ghz= 1.20 Palomino ratio
3400+/2000Ghz= 1.70 Hammer Ratio.
1.7/1.2= 1.42 IPC ratio Hammer 42% more IPC
3400+/1.2-2.833Ghz Palomino
