Hi DLO, As you've seen from the chart, VTSS has a pretty wicked down-draught every once in a while. You may want to keep a bit of powder dry for those occasions. If no powder is available, you may want to part with some of your shares just to have a cash reserve. This is how I manage my VTSS account.
Right now I have a fat cash reserve for VTSS so I'll not be selling any shares until the price is back into the mid to high $40s, I believe. I'll add to my position using the Cash Reserve if it falls into the mid to high $20s.
