On April 27, 2000, this stock opened at 30.125, hit a high of 32.1875 and a low of 29.9375 during the trading day and closed at 32.00. A few days later it reached its zenith when on May 1 it hit a high of 36.00 during the day and closed at 35.00. From that point on this stock has slipped and slid and keeps sliding. I only have a few shares which I got via my AT&T stock. I didn't get those few shares until around July 9 of last year. Closing price that day was 16.56. I have now lost 50% of that value as of today.
