The reality is probably that Manantial is not worth more than what they got. The property needs at least $6 silver before it goes to production. Manantial can make sense for companies like SSRi and PPAS who are accumulating an inventory of sub-economic properties... but it doesn't make sense for BHK.

Still I agree with you that they (BHK) are not highly profitable. Their costs have been climbing in recent quarters...and that is why the stock has been a laggard.
