Never owned ENE nor have I ever owned JNPR. Before butting into a conversation, why don't YOU try to comprehend the gist of the discussion.

For your convenience I'll give you a succinct summary:

- Investors sue company for wrongdoing.

- chojiro suggests that investors should blame self for poor judgement.

- I say investors have right to demand integrity from CEOs. As such they have right to sue CEOs who abuse power and deceive investors.

- I used Kenneth Lay of Enron to prove my point. People such as Lay should be exposed for the scammers they really are (falsifying reports, dumping shares etc.)
