Last year, if you recall, the stock soared on
speculation driven by a few 'shorters' who made a
killing shorting the stock into oblivion. That is,
until the NASDAQ stepped in and applied the "no-shorting"
rule for this stock, which is still in effect.

This year, the stock should be news and earnings driven, which
there hasn't been much released yet(otherwise I wouldnt
be here posting all the good news thats on the way).
By the news article last week(which was obviously intended
to follow on the heels of cleaning up the NASDAQ mess),
CEO Charlotte Walker showed shes ready to start putting out
the good news, then come the good earnings.

CW is still logging up those frequent flyer miles... looks
like the bank found an investor in Washington State yesterday.
IMO, this looks like a similiar deal to the March "insider" financing,
with "institutional" investors getting involved, instead of
flaky foreign investors from last weeks debacle. The way
brokers at CW's former employer Bear Stearns were jumping up
and down today about SW I think they're getting a piece
of the action. All of CW's friends, big institutions like
Travelers, and insiders are BUYING.

With this deal, I think CW's building a golden parachute
for finding employment after she unloads Sanctuary!

I dont mind however as long as I can sell out for $5+ too;)
