He did. He totally panicked on the day it all turned around, and it was really obvious. He was up 3% in 1999.I think he has done it again, however, telecom debt will be an issue for years, and will suppress this from looking like the late 90's.

Peak e on the dow could easily exceed 1000 by 2005, that would be less than 10% compoounding from the previous peak, so you have to wonder how really overvalued it is now.
