Hi Tim, Re: I can state I know just enough to get myself in trouble. May I recommend Arthur Andersen for consultancy? They seem to have this stuff wired. Speaking of people who demogogue the issue, here's a very well written, understandable viewpoint: creators.com Iowa's Chuck Grassley, no liberal fool, has it about right. There's a rot in the ranks of the corporate elite. And we need to save the nation by sacrificing the globalization of inequality.
