The QQQ's rallied right to the middle of the Bollinger Band and right to the 21 day moving average. This is nothing but a bear market rally. If we break through this area with volume above 2.0B shares, I will believe it. All we need is some negative news out of Iraq and forget it. Earnings warnings start next week and that could also derail all the hype.
